The Tessitore three-room apartment is located in Piazza Roma, the main square of Castione della Presolana.
It was built by Grandpa Bortolo, or as everyone called him Barber, because scissors were his work tool: in fact, he worked both as a tailor and as a barber!
Stores and services are all close by, and a short walk is all it takes to reach them. Just a 10-minute walk will take you to the Rusio Pine Forest, where you can enjoy long moments in nature, simply relaxing or walking along the various paths that branch off from here and are suitable for all levels of fitness!
Measuring 80 square meters, it is ideal for a family with children and can accommodate up to 6 people.
The entrance leads directly onto the long private terrace, and the way the house extends downward places it both on the ground floor (at the height of the square) and on the 3rd floor!
As soon as you enter, you immediately find yourself in the large open plan area: on the left the eat-in kitchen, and on the right the living area. Here, you can relax while comfortably lying on the sofa, which can be used as a sofa bed once opened.
There are 2 double bedrooms, both with parquet flooring. The first one with double bed and closet also has a small balcony that offers a wonderful view of the green area of the Meadows of the Castle. Next to it is the bathroom with bathtub.
The second, larger bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and a walk-in closet where you can store your clothes.
You can park outside the house with a parking disk, great for loading and unloading your luggage. Alternatively, there is free parking within walking distance.
