This apartment has a basement. This feature makes it the coolest in summer and the warmest in winter.
Inside there are 2 bedrooms and 2 living rooms (one of which has a sofa bed) that can accommodate up to 8 people and the possibility of adding cribs for the little ones. The large bathroom has both a shower stall and a bathtub.
Outside, a patio for the exclusive use of the guests of the apartment. Here, you can relax in the cool under the awning.
