It is located on the first floor of Villa Sebina: 150 square meters divided into 3 large rooms of different types, a large entrance hall, eat-in kitchen and living room with sofa bed. Finally, there are 2 bathrooms, one with shower stall and one with bathtub and washing machine.
From the large balconies, you can enjoy the view of the sun when it rises in the east near the peak of Mount Pora and when it offers breathtaking sunsets in the west over the Presolana Massif.
In summer, you can enjoy the beauty of nature simply by staying in the garden equipped with tables, chairs, sunbeds, beach umbrellas and children's games.
Do you prefer to be totally surrounded by nature? You don't need to go far, because with a short walk you can reach little Rusio. This is a hamlet nestled in the pine forest, from which multiple trails that lead along the Valle dei Mulini (Valley of the Mills) start.
To live like a local you have to shop like a local. It only takes you 2 minutes to walk to the historic center and do your shopping in the traditional little stores.
Inside the ski room, a common room for the guests of the Villa, you can leave the things you don't want to bring into the apartment after a long day in the snow, such as skis, ski poles and boots.
